About Us
The journey of TotalCare Primary Clinic began in 2019 through a collaboration with Eastwest Physiotherapy Jakarta. We chose to partner with Eastwest because of their sincere and professional approach, which focuses on complete patient recovery, not merely treating symptoms that keep patients dependent on ongoing therapy.
We believe that physiotherapy plays a vital role in helping patients recover after hospital care, whether due to stroke, accidents, or other conditions that result in impaired mobility. Through the methods we apply, we have witnessed tangible results: care that is compassionate, comprehensive, and professional.
History
Our physiotherapy clinic was established in August 2019, founded on the sincere intention of its founder to help people recover, regain mobility, and live a better quality of life.
Our Advantages
Inspired by the experience of his mother, who suffered a fall resulting in a bone fracture, he later faced polyneuropathy and sarcopenia following prolonged treatment during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Through intensive therapy with the professional team at this clinic, he made a full recovery - serving as real proof that the right physiotherapy can restore movement, hope, and quality of life.
