Musculoskeletal Problem Treatment

Treatment of musculoskeletal problems by our physiotherapists is a comprehensive process focused on restoring movement function, reducing pain, and preventing recurrence. Our physiotherapists first identify the root cause of the complaint, such as muscle injury, joint disorders, or postural problems. Based on the assessment, an individualized therapy plan is developed, which may include therapeutic exercises to build strength and flexibility, manual therapy techniques to improve tissue mobility, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrotherapy to help reduce pain and inflammation.

In addition, patient education is also an essential part of care, including guidance on daily activities, ergonomics, and independent home exercises. With a consistent, well-targeted approach, physiotherapy helps patients return to optimal activity and improves overall quality of life.

THE MUSCULOSKELETAL CASES WE COMMONLY TREAT INCLUDE VARIOUS CONDITIONS SUCH AS:

Neck and back pain
Reducing pain, correcting posture, and improving muscle flexibility and strength.
Knee pain
Improving joint stability, reducing pain, and correcting movement patterns during walking or activity.
Ankle and wrist pain
Helping restore movement function, reduce swelling, and improve strength and coordination.
Tendinitis (tendon inflammation)
Reducing inflammation, managing activity load, and improving tendon flexibility and strength.
Scoliosis
Helping correct posture, maintain muscle balance, and prevent progression of spinal curvature.
Osteoarthritis
Reducing pain, improving joint mobility, and maintaining muscle strength around the joint.
Carpal tunnel syndrome
Reducing pressure on the nerve, improving wrist mobility, and restoring hand function.
